Really-Simple-Syndication (RSS) is a great way to keep people informed of updates to your website.  By clicking on the orange RSS icon on any category in your site, people can subsribe to updates made through services such as iGoogle or in Microsoft Outlook.  This is ideal for sites where you are making frequent changes to, which you don't want people to miss.
